Definitions and key terms

To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

  -Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to PURRSENSE, that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.

  -Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the PURRSENSE Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.

  -Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit PURRSENSE and use the services.

  -Service: refers to the service provided by PURRSENSE as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

  -Website: PURRSENSE’s site, which can be accessed via this URL: https://purrsense.me/

  -You: a person or entity that is registered with PURRSENSE to use the Services.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at PURRSENSE. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at PURRSENSE. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at PURRSENSE, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 month to issue a refund and return your.

If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

Returns

Exchange or return of products is possible if only:

  • the customer has received a product with a manufacturing defect;
  • the customer has received a product that was not ordered: a different color/product or not their order;
  • the customer has received a product of a different size than ordered.

In the above cases, the customer must notify us of the reason for the return or exchange and provide a photo of the product within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

The Purrsense team checks the information provided by the client within 1-3 business days. If the error was on the part of the brand and production, we offer a refund to the client.

After agreeing with the customer on the refund, we make a refund when we receive the goods back. The client must send us the products in their original packaging, without traces of wear, and provide the tracking number and a photo of the receipt, which we can use to track the parcel's way and determine the arrival date. 

After receiving the products from the post office, the Purrsense brand re-checks everything and makes a refund to the client within 1-5 banking days. The money for the product and the additional money spent by the customer to return the parcel is refunded.

If the customer wants an exchange or refund for a reason:

  • the customer ordered the wrong size and noticed it after sending or receiving the order;
  • the customer has changed their mind and wants a different color of leather, hardware, or another product.

In the cases mentioned above, the customer must inform us about the reason for the return or exchange and provide a photo of the product within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

If the customer wants to return the item because of the wrong size, the Purrsense team asks the customer to send a photo with a meter and measure the main parameters: waist, chest, hips, etc. Then, we determine which part of the customer's ordered size was wrong based on the data provided.

If the Purrsense team agrees to exchange or return in the above cases, we make a refund when we receive the goods back. The customer must send us the products in their original packaging, without traces of wear, and provide a tracking number and a photo of the receipt, which we can use to track the parcel's way and determine the arrival date. 

After receiving the products from the post office, the Purrsense brand re-checks everything and makes a refund to the client within 1-5 banking days. In this case, the refund is only for the goods, but delivery services (in both directions) and taxes are on the client's side.

Returns are not possible if: 

  • the client has worn and used the products;
  • an individual order was made for the client: engraving, initials, and changing the product's design;
  • panties and all products that touch the groin area: linen panties, leather panties, bodysuits, etc. (for hygienic reasons);
  • the customer changed their mind and wants to return the order because they no longer need it;
  • the customer contacted us after 14 days from receipt of the order.

ATTENTION 

  • If the customer has ordered two or more products, we offer a refund or exchange only for the wrong or defective product.
  • Products purchased by a customer with a discount of -50% or more are not subject to exchange or refund.

    Refunds

    We at  ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

    Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

    We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that PURRSENSE is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

    We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

    Shipping

    PURRSENSE will only be responsible for the return shipping costs if the product is found to be defective. In all other cases (the size is not correct, the color did not fit, changed your mind, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

    Given these particularities of liability for return shipping costs, we ask you to carefully read the size table before placing your order and select our product for your size, since you will be responsible for the costs if you return the product due to the wrong size.

    Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy

    Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
